“Experienced & Trained Pet Care Providers on hand!”

If you want to board your dog in a (kennel-free) family home where you can be sure he will receive the loving care and attention he needs by capable and experienced Pet Care Providers while you’re away. This service is exclusive and limited to certain number of places at a time as we want to allow your dog to be as comfortable as possible and carefully taken care of while being with a few other very social and well-behaved dogs under the same roof.

Your dog will have a place assigned that fits his/ her needs best during his/ her stay; you’ll receive a daily journal providing you feedback about your pet’s activities along with pictures regularly posted on our page. This way we want to make sure that while you’re away, you can follow your dog’s daily routine. Few days before the national fireworks we change our routine to stay closer with the dogs, increase physical and mental activities so they more fatigued and relaxed during the event and keep them away as much as possible from the noise. We also pay attention to keep them relaxed during thunderstorms and apply our behavioural knowledge to sooth them without reinforcing their fear.

We have suitable homes entirely supervised by our staff where your pet can stay.  All are fully insured, fenced, secured and monitored. If you’re on holidays, you’ll be reassured knowing that your pet is having at least as much fun & comfort as you have.

“PSI Registered Pet Professionals on hand”

We take other pets like rabbits and guinea pigs into our home within our crates. When the weather allows, they can be free to play in a fenced-in park especially designed for them in the garden and eat home-grown vegetables when available.

They stay in our suitable homes where we can supervise them closely. Our homes are fully insured, secured and monitored. If you’re on holidays, you’ll be reassured knowing that your pet is very comfortable and well cared for.

We consider any term of boarding being the act of providing the service at our own home/ location. We separated dog boarding (exclusively for dogs) from pet boarding which is exclusively for small pets (rabbits, guinea pigs and other small crated pets).

We do not accept dogs with critical health concerns unless the risk for their well-being is not at high-risk, nor aggressive dogs that could be a potential risk for the pack’s health, comfort & safety as well as for our team members and any third party crossing our path. Dogs must be house-trained, have a decent general obedience level and not be excessively dependent/ anxious.

If your dog doesn’t fulfil the above conditions, you can request a consultation with Raphael Caupin through our Official Partner service CaniSense Pet Behaviour & Training and get a tailor-made training to set your dog up for success.

This is one of the services where an initial meeting is not mandatory, but we advise that you come and visit our premises and meet us before so that your pet can familiarize with our environment and that you can get to know us and see where your pet will be staying. We request a complete PACo client profile registration before confirming the meeting.

Each initial consultation includes the following:

  • Introduction meeting between client + pet and our team
  1. Registered and Duly Completed PACo Client Account on
  2. Compliance with our Service Agreement, General Terms and Privacy Policy
  3. Up to date vaccinations registered on PACo Client Account under Pet Profile + photocopy of vaccination report
  4. Food (and treats)
  5. Collar or harness (we use our own leads)
  6. Medication (if applicable)
  7. If possible, label your pet’s items or else ask us to do it for you upon your arrival

With your PACo online client account, you’ll be able to book, modify or cancel services at any time, leave us notes, clear instructions and feedback + accept our agreements and policies online. You can fill your pet’s complete profile and routine as well as your contact details, emergency numbers and other useful information and update it at anytime from anywhere, even during your leave.

After registering your client account and pet(s) profile(s), you can book our service(s) online and we’ll confirm within a short delay. Prior to high-season periods we recommend you book preferably at least 3 months in advance for services such as Dog Boarding and Pet Boarding. For ongoing services such Dog Walking and Dog Day Care, the service can start at the earliest and best convenience.

We enjoy keeping a proximate contact with our clients and we understand that you also appreciate talking to a human on the other end of the line. Our switchboard is available for you from Monday through Friday from 8h30 to 17h. We’ll answer your questions, guide you through the process of registration, take your valuable feedback and/ or organise an appointment to meet in person.

Meeting the person who will take care of your pet is vital and we know how you value that. For Dog Walking & Pet Sitting services, we come and meet you at your home. For Dog Day Care or Dog/ Pet Boarding we advise you to book an appointment to visit us. These meetings allow you to get a first opinion of the person who’ll take care of your beloved pet.

After the initial introduction meeting completed, confirmation of the services and handover of the keys (if applicable), we’ll send you detailed daily pet journals at the end of each day and a link to your pet’s photos. You can even comment on your pets’ adventures on the daily report while you’re away or add notes and instructions for us to review.
